Fire tanker truck FT 3.0 – 40 (33086) on the GAZ chassis has a 4×4 wheel formula (all-terrain chassis) and provides the ability to travel on roads of various types and rough terrain.

The appliance crew cabin is single–row, heated. The doors of the side compartments for the placement of FFE are of “curtain” or “panel” type. The mounting brackets in the compartments for the placement of FFE are made using threaded connections.

A fire-fighting single-stage pump of normal pressure of the NCPN-40/100 type with a built-in vacuum pump is installed on a fire tanker. The operation of the pumping unit is controlled from the rear (pumping) compartment.
