Fire tanker truck FT 2,5 – 40 (33086) on the GAZ chassis has a 4×4 wheel formula (all-terrain chassis) and can successfully perform tasks to eliminate fires in various conditions.

The appliance crew cabin is two–row, made in a single space with the driver’s cabin, four-door, five-seat, all-metal, heated. The number of compartments for FFE is at least three (3) on each side. The doors of the side compartments for the placement of FFE are of “curtain” or “panel” type. The mounting brackets in the compartments for the placement of FFE are made using threaded connections.

A fire-fighting single-stage normal pressure pump of the NCPN-40/100 type with an integrated automatic vacuum water filling system is installed on the fire tanker. The operation of the pumping unit is controlled from the rear (pumping) compartment.
